After we establish a relationship, our main communication will be via Marco Polo or Signal [Video, Voice and Text Messages]. Clients benefit by having a thread they can review to see progress as they evolve. This timeline can be different for each client relationship.

​Send a message any time and I will respond within 72 hours, usually much sooner. It is possible we will have a short voice call when the topic will be better addressed this way.

I call this Asynchronous Coaching. It works especially well for clients across multiple timezones or who have unpredictable schedules.
