Letting Go of Cravings || 7 Minutes

In this Release, based on the Sedona Method, we will explore the feelings and the forces that keep a craving cycle in place.

For those times when you are judging yourself for whatever you are doing or not doing; This guided Release helps you move from your head into your body and then beyond the concept of "Wasting Time".

The judgmental thoughts don't need to go away, but you can be free from identifying with them.

You are capable of freedom in this now moment. You don't have to wait for that other person to change, or for all your goals to be achieved, or for all your problems to go away. This recording has a short description of the Sedona Method and then a guided example of one of the techniques for you to experience for yourself.

Release on Feeling Sick || 7 Minutes

When the body gets sick, we can often believe thoughts that are not helpful. So in addition to physically not feeling well, we make ourselves suffer emotionally and mentally too. Now this may sound like a radical idea to some of you, so let's explore it more together.

Decision-Making Made Easier || 16 Minutes

Making decisions is something that we do every day. Usually clarity comes quickly and easily -- and then there are those times when we feel stuck or stressed around a decision we are facing. We may feel fear, anger and even grief. When these feelings go unchecked, our view of what is possible becomes narrowed. We may even make a decision just get away from these feelings.

In this Holistic Release we go back and forth, welcoming apparent-opposites (e.g., resisting making the decision/wanting to make the decision, wanting to get it right/opening to the possibility that there is no right or wrong, allowing stressful feelings/opening to curiosity) at the same time until the tension starts to dissolve. This process opens our viewpoint to the possibilities that are here for us right now that we may not be able to see from a state of stress.

 The Feeling of Being Trapped || 3 Minutes

Short Release with one round of Triple Welcoming and three rounds of Holistic Releasing using the Sedona Method.

When we Welcome the feeling that is already here, the sense that it is personal and any wanting to control it, there is a Release or an opening that occurs.
