Tracking is one of the most powerful tools in identifying and healing disease. From this process alone, you will notice patterns and trends and be able to make connections between daily habits and symptoms you experience.
 
For just five days, commit to being diligent and specific with your tracking. Track every little thing you ingest and everything you notice about your body. Below I will list symptoms to help you tune in. Also track your poop and urine – yes this is one of the body’s most useful forms of feedback!
 
The most important rule of tracking: NO Judgement. Replace judgement with Curiosity.
